Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • In their original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at returns@stilliam.com to request a return authorization
  2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging
  3. Ship the return to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • No restocking fees are charged
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items that show signs of wear or washing
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@stilliam.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
